Head out to Napa on Thursday morning for our annual trip, so it’s time to limber up and get ready for some amazing views, food, and wines!
I think I bought this a year ago for around $45. Wanted to give it a test drive since we are visiting Hourglass during our trip. Undeniably a fantastic value. Blackberry-compote, sweet graham cracker and raspberries dominate the nose. Balanced texture. Not quite pop and pour, but open for business after 30-45mins. Mexican vanilla, fig, and milk chocolate covered dates on the finish.
Definitely a wine to get me excited for the trip! Well done @Anthony Biagi

Ripe Blackberry, black currant and a hint of eucalyptus. Palate loaded with blackberry fruit and a touch of toasted vanilla.

Oct 22nd, 2017Nice blend - a bit sour at first taste, becomes more balanced if you let it breathe.

Really good. Kind of dry finish, with kind of a smoky berry flavor. Very nice blend that reminds me of a Cabernet.
