Cuvée Jéhan de Massol Volnay-Santenots 1er Cru Pinot Noir

Had this same wine 2 years ago…magnificent out of mag..red cherry, tart, elegant, earthy overtones, stony, slight leather, spicy, baking spices, delicious…

Very tight for awhile, but after opening for awhile, gorgeously red fruit, stones, asian spice, medium plus acid/tannin, good finish...great wine..

Initially tight as a drum but with a little air opened up nicely. Bright red fruits, knock out nose

Fruit with herbs. Great window.

Probably too young with lots of acidity but delicious.....going to be great
