Smooth, mellow cab. Lots of tannins, but not overly dry. Reminds me of some European wines with the fullness of a cab. Peppery finish.

I was quite amazed how smooth it was. Heavier and full bodied tannins, but very smooth and balanced with cherry notes.

Pours mahogany in color. Slight Alcohol nose but followed by mice dark cherry and blackberry aromas. Favors of blackberry and dark cherry. Light in tannins - not drying- with a body in the lighter side and a medium finish. For $12 on sale not a bad choice

Claustrophobicly purple, a purple so dark it is almost black, and infinitely round.

A bit tart on the finish, but nice structure. Typical of its terroir.

I guess I'm the wrong person to ask about Paso Cab if you want to hear anything nice.
