Folk Machine Suisun Valley Charbono

I really liked this. And I am a fan of the obscure charbono grape. Starts out tough and rough but interesting. With a lot of air (I tasted over a few days)... the tough dissipates but all the interesting bits linger. If you imagine what that label taste like... you got it.

Juicy, brambley, old-viney. Delivers richness without the heat. Wine for barbecue methinks

Prepare for an oddly specific comment,nonetheless, a great red with Thai cuisine. Somewhat light but still bold & spicy. Wanted to bathe in it, but also didn't want to waste a single drop.

Deep dark and #delicious immensely satisfying

Plummy, blackberry jam, sweet spices. Plump, plush, soft acid and tannins. Makes for a juicy wine that is super versatile at the table. Enough weight to hold up to robust flavors and textures.

Vibrant fruit with weighted frame. Soft acid. Velvet mouthfeel. Primary.

Second natural wine. Way way different from the first. In a good way. Light and airy.

Brambly Californian Charbono. I like!

Low alcohol red with some decent body. Quote the Raven nevermore!

Earthy, medium-bodied horse blanket. Dry with traces of tart cherry. Could be mistaken for a quality Cotes du Rhône
