Never met a Txakoli I didn't like. This one was throwing off petrol.

Aug 30th, 2014Light yellow, thick texture. Smell of grass, a little bit towards perfume and oil. Dry a little fizzy on the tongue, wide grazzy and apple pear. A little hint if stone and green banana shell.

Great summer wine with slight effervescence and nice minerality. Clean with notes of apple and grapefruit. Currently drinking with Japanese food at home. A winner IMHO.
