Pale straw. Almost water-colored. Spicy notes of white pepper, banana, other tropical fruits, and steal. There's some heat to it. Full side of medium, which makes the crisp acidity somewhat surprising. Very spicy mid-palate. Very interesting. Very different with a long, sustained, finish that bites. Dig. 90
