Apr 14th, 2017One sniff of this and one thing is absolutely and totally clear- this wine is special - fruit-first then this one is probably gonna rock your socks off with blackberries, plums and dark cherries. It’s just the kind of wine that’s fun to smell, and even the finish (which is quite long, by the way) carries a great, complex taste that leaves a smile for a long time.

Snowed in. Missed a few events we were supposed to be at tonight, including my mother-in-law's 70th bday. What better way to stay warm than with great wine? This is a beauty! Dusty black fruit, bramble berry, and eucalyptus on the nose. Ground coffee, allspice, maple syrup, boysenberry and sage on the palate. Grippy, mouth drying tannins reveal this has plenty of years in the tank. Thank you @Mike R for this. Lots of SMILES from Diana and me!
