I’m becoming more and more impressed with this winery out of NY Fingerlakes. Their dry Rieslings are fantastic and this rosé was delicious. Shocked it was all Pinot. Had a grassy/wheat note that made me ponder on Cab Franc being included. Cantaloupe, maybe some faint watermelon, a bit of a rubber/clay type nose? A thinker.

Quite pretty, even if a little simple. Delicate and floral, but gorgeously dry.

Finger lakes pinot/pinot meunier. This guy lets his primary fermentations go for 3-6+ months. Hand riddled & disgorged. They leave all of the bottles in a barn early winter and disgorge when the necks are frozen enough! What! Fine bubbles, super yeasty, clean red fruits, long finish.

Killer good. Disgorged in January of 2015 and the bubbles died s little quickly but flavor was spot on. Great fruits with a mineral punch. Loved this wine.
