Beautiful Syrah. All the telltale signs. Meaty with a lovely pipe tobacco, cherry nose. Some acidity still there in the palate. Nice finish. These wines just get better and better with age!

Grabbed a couple bottles of these Herman Story 2010 vintage wines in the bin ends at W&B. Nuts & Bolts Syrah was really good :) #yegwine

Much better after a 2 hr decant. Short rib pappardelle is a must with this wine.

I've had wines with higher alcohol than the this 16%. But this was so hot I had to chill it. It's a lot of black fruit nicely rounded and in your face. Like a Michael Bay movie. Good moments but not really.
