Dark fruits like black berry black cherry with a hint of savoriness: cooked onion, mushroomy. Earthy with hint of backing spice: cinnamon, nutmeg, cocoa power. Medium tannin, medium acidity, smooth and easy to drink. Good every day drinking wine with food.

From a lovely nose of fresh gunpowder tea Flan, tannins that hit you as soon as the wine rolls over the tip of the tongue.
Round chewy tannins, dark, dark fruits.
Really good wine for the price, certainly one for the next meeting of warlocks.

Very enjoyable and drinkable. Fantastic at it's price point. We had the 2011 vintage.

Love this smoky, rich, oaky Riojia. It is so very good with spicy food and meat. I only wish the bottle was bigger.
