Fine but way overrated. Highly extracted Pinot. — 8 years ago
2009 vintage showing well. Starting to get that wonderful dried rose petal and leather thing aged pinots get. Recommend. — 9 years ago
Very interesting Burgundian style Sangiovese. — 10 years ago
A decade old, so glad I didn't drink a day earlier. Still bold intense but has softened. Some barnyard notes at first. Nice soft tannins. That lovely thing that happens to good wines with age where the brightness of the fruit fades into dried fruit and flowers. This is a wine to age. — 8 years ago
Wow. 2002 still has lovely fruit, grandpas pipe and great acidity. Could have drank earlier and maybe even a little later but definitely showing well right now. — 9 years ago
Surprising find. Never heard of this wine or even region (not on the CSW exam ;) but surprised by fruit, tannic structure and decent acidity. — 9 years ago
I loved the bright red fruit on this 2012 Paso Robles Grenache when I bought it in 2014. Now has a little dried rose petal, a touch of leather and I would be lying if I didn't say a sousant of Twizzler...but works so well. I love this wine. — 8 years ago
Great "baby chateauneuf". Recommended if you can find for $20 or less. — 9 years ago
Love this Rioja. Hope I can find it again... — 9 years ago
