Apr 24th, 2021The amphora process gives this wine a very unique quality that is difficult to describe: funky, primitive (in a good way), and forceful. Aromas of greens and hot peppers. The taste brings forth that hot pepper with eucalyptus, earth, and blackberry. Remarkable.

Jan 30th, 2021I really like it! Simple, fresh, red berries, well balanced, not too acidic. This falls into the category of minimal intervention traditional produced wines that are currently my favorite. I'm not familiar with any of the grapes used. I'm interested in winemakers using ingenious traditional varieties that are lesser known. That is the case here.
