I didn’t find it particularly interesting when I tried it with Coravin, but that’s because it’s a full bodied wine with high tannins that should be decanted. Today I’m tasting it with a stewed roast and it is delicious. Deep ruby color = #alicantebouschet#syrah and #touriganacional warm climate #alentejo medium+ aromas with ripe red cherries, ripe raspberry and red plums. Balsamic touches and on the palate it’s dry with medium acidity and medium+ ripe tannins. Medium+ finish.
