Deep and fruity. A previous bottle was more enjoyable with more vanilla notes. This one is lacking that. Day 2 was the best day for this bottle. By day 3 it’s starting to turn.

Aromas of black berry fruit, spice, licorice, tar.
Dry. Flavors of fresh & baked blackberry, licorice, spice, acetone undertone. Moderate tannins are velvety. Great acidity.

Sep 15th, 2021Pours inky dark. Big plums and dark berries bouquet. Wow, a big upfront burst of plums, tobacco and chocolate. Then a silky dryness into different layers of cherry, raspberries. Lush and layers of flavors. Then the sweet cherries come in at the end. Layers!
