10 year anniversary so we drink 20 year old champagne. Extraordinary depth. Toasted brioche and caramel apple. Soft bubbles and a palate like buttercream. Truly remarkable.

Feeling special!
Good friends went deep into their cellar. Apple, pear, almond & brioche. The bubbles dissipated in slow motion. 18 years old but still vibrant. What a treat!
