Nice nose of yeast with a couch of citrus wine has character and depth. A very nice wine for the money. A rich finish. Not the most lively on the bubble side. Nice finish and great value.

Smells yeasty, like a sourdough starter, with a little candied grapefruit, chalk and a touch of green, like freshly destemmed rachis. It's the color of a pale blood moon. The bubbles die out quick, as in; the time it took me to write the note thus far. It tastes like Pinot, with a tiny bit of sourness present when the bubbles dissipate. It smells much better than it tastes. I don't love it.
