Complex, intense, youthful, slightly pungent, fresh cut grass,asparagus, with layers of flint,lime rind, white pepper, and meringue emerging as the wine warms in the glass. A dry wine with mouthwatering, taut, refreshing acidity. A touch of saline in the nose and on the palate. Very light body with a touch of astringency. 13% abv offers very little heat. The medium finish offers a subdued but balanced concentration flint, tart lemon curd, and touch of smoke. A good example of a midmarket Sancerre
