Light straw in color with a green hue.
Bitter on the nose with limes, green apples, grapefruits, Citrus, grass, sea salt, minerals and metals.
Light-bodied with medium acidity, crisp and refreshing.
Bone dry, sour and bitter on the palate with grapefruits, lemons, limes, almonds and metals.
Medium Plus on the Finish with bitter almonds and limes.
This Sauvignon Blanc is a good food wine. Nice to pair with salads or seafood. Lots of minerality, greens and limes.
This is not my style, but good quality wine, nonetheless.
12.5% alcohol by volume.
