An off-dry and fruit driven Riesling with an almost effervescent quality on the first sip. Continues with pear & apricot flavors with hints of citrus and good acidity. It's semi sweet nature means it paired well with a spicy red Thai coconut curry. A good Costco sale find! ($5) [12/7/2016]

Light straw in color with a green hue.
Sweet and fruity nose with diesel, metals, honeydew, lemons, mangoes, tropical fruits, spices and minerals.
Medium plus in body with high acidity, crisp and refreshing.
Off-dry on the palate with lemons, meringue, citrus, tropical fruits, green apples, sea salt, minerals and white pepper.
Medium finish, nice and elegant, with limes.
A nice, above average, Riesling from Germany. Refreshing with light elegance. Nicely balanced, not bitter and not too sweet, with enough acidity for the residual sugar, to balance it out.
A Good sipping wine by the porch or pool. Also good with foods like spicy Thai dishes.
