Pinot noir ish. I didn’t enjoy it at first, but it became better with aeration.

Immediately drinkable, somewhat mild yet fruit-forward; berries, plum, spice. Good with steak frites, yet not too overpowering for salmon and cod. (Obviously, I would’ve preferred a white with the cod!)
