2013 vintage. Opened on 26th Jan 2019. Medium heavy bodied. Heavy berries nose with furnish of dairy milk scent giving it smoothness to the nose as well as the palate. Medium to heavy tannins. Long finishing with orangy aftertaste. A special one to pair with strong cheese or red meats.

Very pleasant shiraz. Hints of tobacco and vanilla. Went very well with slow cooked short ribs and skirt steak cooked in Dutch oven.

I did enjoy this Shiraz a little more than GSM. Medium to full bodied. Tannins of cherries, various light berries and finishing on with a stronger earth note. Not as tart as GSM. Great wine.
