Popped and poured; drank over 3 days. Lush dark and red fruits. Soft...giving the impressions of impending secondary characteristics. I would imagine mushroom and forest floor next. A total Bordeaux wannabe in the best of ways. Fun wine!

After 2 h decanting: dark red and low viscosity; on the nose, oak, chlorine-like minerals, and green pyrazines jump out first; charcuteries, herbs, and ripe plums and dark cherries peek out second; on the palate there is a good structure and balance between acids, alcohol and tannins, and the finish - which is medium in length - reveals ripe dark fruits, cinnamon, herbs, mint, and a touch of chocolate. Well made and should be interesting to taste after some time in the cellar.
