Dry Riesling

one of my favorites on Seneca these days. nice body with an acidic finish. not as fruit forward as i would expect and i get a nose of some brett or some kind of flaw which is not a bad thing here on the taste but is a bit funky with what’s left in the glass.

Great choice for an acid lover!

Pear, apple, lemon curd, limestone and petrol. Good acidity and minerality.

Musky Riesling. A little sweet and full in the mouth feeling

Pear, apple, lemon, petrol and wet river rock. Great acidity and minerality.

Lemon and line zest. Lemon cookie and soft apple notes. Well balanced acid and a medium-long finish.

Solid, dry, and mineral driven.

Refined in style; very polished with zippy acidity. Visited the tasting room and noticed that this wine represents the winemaker’s style very well. Lemon, pear, guava, white flowers, and a nice sleek hint of petrol. Great wine and great people at Hector. If you’re a wine geek, you’ll be satisfied at the tasting for sure. Cheers!
