A bit herbal and bitter upon opening. Decant if it's an easy option. Dark ripe fruit on the nose, and as the wine opens the herbal tones integrate into the sort of very drinkable, somewhat rustic wine you'd expect for twenty bones from the languedoc. Pairs well with shenanigans.
