Incredible pinot from FLX...perhaps the best ive had...rich red fruit, yet brambly, stony, slight earth with a slight sappy texture and great acid...very well done..

Beautiful brambly aromas, great concentration, a real feeling of place and time complimented by nice aged pinot mustiness after 4 years in bottle.. Would be happy with more acid and less RS- sensing a little sweetness which takes some of the magic away for me. The potential is there for New York wines.

Not only the best red I've had from the finger lakes, but a Pinot I would seek out. Great structure and depth/complexity. Balance of soft acidity, medium tannins, and ripe vibrant fruit, all with a light body without being flabby and gentle alcohol. I seriously love this and am so excited for the finger lakes.

Really cool Spätburgunder-like Pinot. Pretty florals, tomato leaf and earthiness intermingle on the nose leading into a lean mid-palate before finishing with a rush of saline acidity framed by superfine tannins. Well done.

Brickish, transparent. Tea rose, spice box. Delicate, super aromatic, like an old-fashioned Ladoix or Pernand.
