Perfect with fish; smells like strawberries and the sea; plus a certain fruit about to fall off the vine-ness on the nose

Preserved lemon, sea salt, rocks and screaming acid. A lot of complexity in a very defined wine. Almost has a tannic grip to it. Wondering what RS there might be to balance this acid.

Hatzidakis FTW!!! My favorite producer on the island and rife with crushed stones, lemon and seawater. Suck it down.
