Despite essentially being the founder of Cream Sherry I did have low expectations for this little number but it wasn't bad. Rum and raisin ice cream, toasted almond, raisins and burnt butter. Medium sweet palate, still finishes with a salty/tangyness but it's super short

Not one of my all time favorites but it's OK and since it's the original cream sherry I had to get a bottle at some point.

A little too oxidized for my taste.

I just like the stuff. Finished a mid-priced tawny port and decided what I was really trying to satisfy was my need for a Harvey's Bristol Cream.
