Deep Ruby color with aromas of black fruits, cedar and baking spice. On the palate flavors of cherry and raspberry with sweet cinnamon spice notes. Full-bodied, fine tannins, long finish ending with fruit, oak and an earthy mineral character. Nice!

Dark fruits, violets and potpourri waft from the glass ~ pastilles, red licorice whips, razzles & cola dominate and implode on the palate ~ 5 hours in a soft and plush texture is added to the finish ~ YUM!

The taste absolutely reflects the price. Fruit forward, supple and approachable. A medium-long complex finish, wonderful body, and beautiful texture.

HFW was founded in 1993 by Don and Jennifer Hartford in the Russian River Valley. Deep Ruby with aromas of red berry fruit, tea and herb spice notes. On the palate an array or berry flavors with herb and smoky cedar notes and light elegant spice. Fine tannins with an earthy grit, savory, lingering ending with earthy notes. Very nice!

Indulgent dark spicy Pinot noir. Oak slightly sticks out, but it's impressive and smells of money. Wouldn't be my preferred style for Pinot, but can see its appeal
