Deep brick red with a garnet core. Lots of aged characteristics with notes of damp leaves, sour cherries, cocoa and spices. Medium tannins (5/10) and medium bodied. A bit sour on the palate with cherries and spices. Short plus finish. Drink now, past it’s prime.

Elegant & simple Cab Sav. Well balanced but lacking depth of character.

2011 vintage. Quite acidic and tart. Oozing with tannins. Could be kept longer to mature. Multiple layers of taste.

A little young, but smooth and easy. Should get bolder with age.
