Blend of teroldego, charbono, trousseau, pinot noir, nebbiolo, negrette, and carignane. Wild strawberries, blackberry compote, black raspberries, violets, baking spices, thyme, black peppercorns, olives, dried roses. Excellent acid/minimal savory tannin balance, medium bodied, silky texture, fruity/slightly peppery finish. Fruit forward with a gentle back bone.
