I think this is my last bottle, 🙁. It is showing very well. Still a deep, vibrant purple violet color. Nose offers fleshy black fruits, with just enough herbal/leafy/tobacco-cigar box to lend interest but not obscure the fruit. The texture is resolved and ample, medium+ body. Served w falafel and homemade sourdough, griddled flatbreads.

Overly grassy and herbaceous. Not much fruity notes left after seven years, probably should have drunk young. Tight tannin and acidic.

Deep ripe black fruit with tons of guava. Very smooth Chilean cab with moderate pyrazine. It is a great value as it is only $12 bucks.

They said but I was really surprised at the value here. $10 Cab that isn't a fruit bomb. Offers a few dimensions with nice mint/methyl notes, pepper and tannins. Count me in for a few more.

I may be biased, but this wine is fascinating. May be my new fave find. Reminds me of Harvest in Prosser; a mix of hop and concord aromas. Silky smooth.
