Fresh sour cherry nose, some Kirsch (not enough decanting). Cherries, dried raspberries, bell pepper, soft tannic bitters, pinch of white pepper and red licorice. Great structure and mouthfeel. 13% abv. A super solid baseline for quality Swiss Pinot. The Adank Chardonnays are so impressive, and my first taste of the reds doesn’t disappoint. This bottle is still so young, give it enough air and it really loosens up. Thanks @Lyle Fass
