The 2018 HALL Sauvignon Blanc is a terrific new effort by this talented winemaking team. On the nose this takes on an alluring bouquet of crushed white flowers with citrus blossom and shades of green apple. The plate combines wonderful freshness and soft texture with copious orchard fruits that march with the lemon oil and minerals. Enjoy this beautiful new wine in the short term. Drink 2019-2024- 91

Grapefruit, lemon zest & creme fraiche come through on the nose & pallate.  The later presenting a smooth creaminess, providing a welcome balance to this wines bright acidity. An elegant approach to Sauvignon Blanc which was stellar by itself but also made a good pairing with a Mexican spiced shrimp bake! ($32) [2/5/22]

Good would try again but a little pricey for what you get. May try something different 1st. Costco $18.99.

Always a great wine. Some great tangerine and lemon notes.

We buy this by the case and will probably join their wine club the next time we are in Napa. Had it with crab legs tonight.
