Howell Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon

The Trifecta is complete with this big Cabernet Sauvignon from Howell Mountain (which is officially my new favorite appellation!). The volcanic soils of Howell make the vines struggle for nutrients and water and pack the grapes with density and intensity. Deep purple color and all the fun black fruits and a long lingering finish. This one is blended with 87% Cabernet Sauvignon and 13% Merlot. This was my favorite of the three big Hall Cabs. Given time it will be epic.

2012 HALL Howell Mountain Cab is a monster. Everything firing, fruit, tannins and aromas. Get it all you members before it's gone!

Another nice big cab from Hall, let this open for a few hours as well. Cherry and volcanic earth, super dense ruby color.

Hall wines present Howell Mountain Cabernet sauvignon at 16.1%... Holy mother of dehydration. You better have lots of water on board. Big bold meaty kick you in the teeth cab! This wine has all of my favorites dark berries oak leather cigarbox earthy clean dry finish leaving you thirsty for more. Only buy this Cabernet if you’re a serious Cabernet connoisseur!!!
