Continuing our way through Hall's line-up. This was my father-in-law's pick to go along steaks and it was delicious. More bright and red fruit dominant than most Hall cabs (this is 100% cab). Black cherry and violet on the nose. Front palate gives way to a gigantic mid palate and finish full of dusty traits, cherries, blackberries and raspberries. Hall is always so consistent in their wines. Worthy of a club membership. Happy Father's Day!

Oct 3rd, 2021Love this wine, balanced with a beautiful nose followed by a mouthful of fruit and soft tannins complemented by a nice long finish of berries with a little bit of smoke. Great wine now and will last for a few years!!
