No sake cups, so I made do with a handmade tea cup, for those who know their wabi from their sabi. Pale yellow white. Clean, yeasty nose. Dry, melon fruity with minerality and a hint of tangerine peel, litchi and spice. Simple, nuanced.

not that I'm terribly well-versed in sake but this one was really good, compared to the house sake I usually get. I'd attempt to note the flavours but I don't really know what I'm doing here lol
