Reserva Fabre Montmayou Mendoza Cabernet Sauvignon

Liked it, probably would like it better after a bit more time in the bottle.

Good cab, but nothing crazy. Opened into something with dark fruits and not brutally tannic.

Love the deep rich tones.

A nice bold Cab, wonderful for casual drinking.

Brought this #reserveracabernet to a party and it paired really well with Argentinian flank steak with chumchurri sauce. (No surprise there.) Pretty big body, just the right amount of chocolate and vanilla up front with some nice spice on the finish and softer tannins.

Decent #mendoza #cabernet but not quite as good as the hype. Needs to breathe for at least an hour and then there’s a touch of spice but lacks impact and richness.

Not as pronounced. Missing that fruit bomb I expect from my cabs. Softer. Medium-bodied. Cherry. Blackberry. Spice

Smooth full flavor wine. Not acidic at all. Really enjoyed it!
