NV. Opened and tasted immediately. Light-medium body. Slightly languid and battling with texture; as if there was the lagoon/ocean salt/fresh water interface constantly ebbing and flowing. Even in that state, it was a 9.3 as there were plenty of subtle forays on the fray to keep things interesting and moving. Gave it 30 minutes before retasting. Whoa! Same temp, the Champagne had added muscle/body, focus, balance and concentration. Liked the different, wandering nature of this effort initially anyway but the end result was something special. Seek this out. 10.27.26.
