Family growers founded in the 1950s in the Aube region in So Champagne, close to burgundy and planted with 90% Pinot Noir. So this Rosé is 100% Pinot Noir, aromas of stone fruits, berry and floral notes. On the palate flavors of strawberry and peach, lively acidity and citrus notes. Long finish ending with creamy yeasty notes.
