Mature and balanced. Good fruit and detail. Nice without being memorable.

Classic Blanc de Blancs from notable grower. A very elegant, focused style with notes of creamy brioche, buttered toast and ripe apple. Well-pitched, relatively low dosage and a long mineral finish. Only made in great years - this is a welcome follow up to 2002 and 1996.

Har nougat och nästan lite hasselnöt på näsan samt nästan lite konserverad päron. Har balanserade fatdrag med stor munkänsla. Ej genomgått malolaktisk jäsning.
