Very pure and subtle, but sophisticated. Streamlined. Snowy white peach and pale wildflower honey, with a touch of marcona almond mid-palate that finishes hinting at marzipan. Stealth Pinot Gris, it contains a lot, if you care to ask.

Delicious #alsace #pinotgris - do yourself a favor and let this warm up a bit in the glass. Nose has lemon oil, marzipan, lanolin - bright acidity on the palate, white pepper at the very end.
