Brioche characterizes this Methode Anglaise sparkling! It is effulgently toasty and I'm guessing it's had at least 3 years on the lees if not more. It was delightful although a bit heavy on the brioche character. 2008 vintage.

Quite impressed by this bubbly from up and coming English producer. Not quite as refined as the best champagne, but nevertheless there's a great deal of appealing complexity.

Tastes like darn good Champagne to me. Pinots Noir, Meunier and Chardonnay. Méthode Anglaise, of course.

Nice delicate estate grown Methode Champenoise from Kent, England. Around 1/3 each of the classic Champagne grapes.

Not what I was expecting when open. Fine bubble and delicate lacking intensity and complexity. After two hours great complexity and intensity. Really good but needs time
