Pale lemon colour. The nose is clean and developing, showing medium+ intensity aromas of cream, rye bread, walnut, green apple and lemon peel.
The wine is off-dry in the mouth with a high refreshing acidity. It has a medium alcohol and a medium body. It has medium+ intensity flavours and a medium+ finish.
Very nice, it has a nice concentration balancing the acidity with the support of the dosage. It is persistent and it shows some complexity provided by lees ageing, albeit not enough to consider it outstanding. — 10 years ago
Not a very dry sparkling wine but a lovely background floral note. Really liked this. — 4 months ago
Another great English sparkling . Acidity , apples , citrus . Long , fresh ... what is there not to like — 5 years ago
English summer in a bottle. Delightful rose, bitter and refreshing to be great for a picnic or anything you want — 3 years ago

I have been looking forward to trying this for a while and it did not disappoint.
Took a while to open up but then exploded with biscuity citrusy goodness. — 9 years ago
