Top Notes For
Brioche characterizes this Methode Anglaise sparkling! It is effulgently toasty and I'm guessing it's had at least 3 years on the lees if not more. It was delightful although a bit heavy on the brioche character. 2008 vintage.

Jul 11th, 2015Quite impressed by this bubbly from up and coming English producer. Not quite as refined as the best champagne, but nevertheless there's a great deal of appealing complexity.

Jul 10th, 2015Tastes like darn good Champagne to me. Pinots Noir, Meunier and Chardonnay. Méthode Anglaise, of course.

Aug 1st, 2014Nice delicate estate grown Methode Champenoise from Kent, England. Around 1/3 each of the classic Champagne grapes.

May 19th, 2014Not what I was expecting when open. Fine bubble and delicate lacking intensity and complexity. After two hours great complexity and intensity. Really good but needs time
