Jun 1st, 2025Wow that nose penetrates. Deep honey, minerals and lime blossoms. Lime zest as well. Green apple and pear and such depth to the nose. Gorgeous. 9.7 nose. Haunting. Has that extra that serves this up into the stratosphere. Wow this is unreal. Elegant with crushed rock minerality, green apple, pear and some citrus fruit but has this zen serene quality to it that is to die for. Just brilliant. So pure and balanced. Unreal amplitude on the palate and so zesty. A perfect orb of wehlener sonnenuhr. Finish is an elegant and dissipated so beautifully. Utterly classic but lifted by an extra profundity.

Jun 29th, 2023What a nose of slate, apple and vanilla extract. Also lime zest. Palate is wonderful. Chewy and el elegant with terrific mouthfeel and such energy. Sappy and so lime infused. Gorgeous purity and finishes dry.

Really a delicious Kabinett. Seems quite classic to me. Intense acid and nose and minerally mouth coating palate. At 8% one you feel you can just drink and drink.

Day 2 notes. Palate is so deep and ripe but nimble as all can be. Luscious and dense. Amazing purity and such a classic Kabinett. Nose is a bit mute today but palate is slamming.
