2013, Gunsight Rock, Paso Robles Cabernet Sauvignon. Easy drinking, medium weight cab. Well balanced and not very complex. A decent week night red.

Initial sip of juicy mild acid brings slightly tart cherry/raspberry/blackberry with oak, cola, bramble, tobacco and black pepper. Medium tannins lead to a medium long finish of dark chocolate, red berries and bramble. Good balance and ok structure means this is better with light dishes such as chicken. Good mid-week value at 11.98 USD.
