This is a warm climate Carricante unlike the ones we have been tasting from Mount Etna. Rich with noticeable oak influence- yet to intergrate at 3 years. A touch of oxidation which seems to be a recurring theme with Sicilian winemaking.

Another lovely Sicilian white. This is warm gold in the glass, aromas of tropical fruit with pineapple coming to the front, flavors of grapefruit, golden apple skin, honeydew, mouth filling but totally fresh with nice acid and promise for a range of successful pairings. Hold or drink I'd say
