Gorgeous nose of confectionery tropical fruits. crushed granite, sea air and such depth and purity. Palate is wonderful and fresh with top notch finesse and incredible concentration. Really clean and balanced. Fruit is tropical and not overripe at all. Really ethereal palate and such grace. The finish lasts and lasts. Just so classy. Now with air nose is smokey and palate is more sapid and extracted. Juicy still but more weight.

Saint Peray has never let me down. Such a gem! This is a nicely textured wine. Clementine, citrus zest, fresh cut grass, brie and dried spices.
