So floral and mineral! Love it. Nose explodes after a few hours of air with lilac, lily and purple florals, a hint of citrus rind and green apricot, mashed plums. Unique fruit right on the temperate tropical divide; pawpaw? Has a rare vitality and poise. Slightly hazey; my suspicion is there is a perfectly judicious use of skin contact. Good acid; filled with flavor. Minerals that float and prick like electricity.

The debut of the very rare Les Peyrouses white blend. Viognier/Marsanne/Rousanne. Just gorgeous nose. Flint, hay, citrus rind, herbal, floral, so aromatic. Killer. Exotic citrus fruit like guava and mango as well. But substantial and engagingly mineral as well. So serious. Palate is ripe and generous, with supreme elegance. Juicy and mineral with insane freshness and acidity. Clean and has that crazy N. Rhone White minerality. Amazingly dry and mineral on the finish. This seems like it can age for 15 years. Stunning. Almost tannic. Love this style of white. @Delectable Wine this is the new white.

Delicious viognier blend from the Rh么ne. Still young but a nice mix with some Thanksgivingy appetizers with butternut squash, walnuts, bacon, and Brussels sprouts. Strong mouth feel, minerality and good finish.
