More complex and layered. Citrus marmalade, quince, hints of brioche, minerals, toastiness. Shows more barrel/oxidation. Nice balance between fruit and acidity. I think it would continue to develop with time. Pleasant surprise from NM

Youthful in spite of the the touch of age . Bright, nutty, freshly spiced. Excitedly effervescent. Delicious; wish I had hung on to the bottle a bit longer...long life ahead!

Fine bubbles and straw color. Nose is bread dough and lemon rind. On the palate citrus and yeast predominate with lemon, lemon curd, gunpowder, quince, grapefruit, starfruit, and lime.

On the palate you get lemon, lime, tart peach, white pepper, yeasty bread, quince, mango, toasted bread, and cooked plantains with fine bubbles. High and long lasting acid in the finish. World class.
